Jonathan is also a co-founder of TTB Partners. He has 25 years' experience in the financial services industry, with Merrill Lynch and latterly running Bond Ventures, a Hong Kong based family office specializing in global venture and private equity investments.
Over the last decade, Jonathan has spent his time offering strategic advice to Chinese companies, both public and private, on their overseas strategies.

Chris is a co-founder of TTB Partners and has over 20 years of experience in Banking and Financial Services. Previously, Chris was Group CFO at the global brokerage and investment house CLSA.
Prior to CLSA, Chris spent over 10 years at RBS both in the UK as Head of Financial Strategy and in Hong Kong, latterly leading the divestment of Retail and Commercial businesses in 10 countries across Asia.
NICK HOYLE

Nick has over 25 years’ experience working in sport and is a founding partner of TTB Sport Capital.
Nick's responsibilities include the Group’s investment strategy, advising and scaling client companies, as well as identifying and executing operational relationships.
Nick has a passion for value creation and business building which stems from his unique insights into the commercialization of sports assets from more local and traditional analogue businesses to global enterprises.
Having spent a large part of his career advising some of the leading athletes, rightsholders and brands on their commercial and marketing strategies as Chief Executive Officer of CSM Sports & Entertainment’s rights division and latterly Commercial Consultant with Tottenham Hotspur, Nick is a trusted investor and advisor in the world of sport.
Nick was educated at Durham University.
HOLLY MILLWARD

Holly has over 20 years’ experience in the global sports industry and is a founding partner of TTB Sport Capital.
Holly's responsibilities include managing the Group’s current investment ecosystem and strategically supporting founders, as well as identifying new investments and value creation opportunities.
Using her experience advising some of the world’s leading brands, rights holders and athletes, Holly specialises in advising and growing high performing businesses and driving long term value through sport.
Having spent the last 15 years in the Middle East and Asia Pacific as Managing Director of CSM Sport & Entertainment, Holly also supports founders to enter and scale in new markets.
With a passion for using sport to create change, Holly is a trusted advisor to our ecosystem of businesses and within the industry more broadly.
Educated at Oxford University, Holly currently resides in London.
Keith O'Hare
Senior Analyst
Keith joined TTB Sport Capital as a Senior Analyst in 2023. His role includes deal sourcing, portfolio company support, diligence of new potential investments and deal execution.
Prior to joining, Keith spent over 2 years working in corporate finance at Cardano Advisory where he worked on merger & acquisitions, restructurings, and commercial due diligence projects.
Keith is a former Irish international hockey player having received his first cap in 2019.
Keith has a B.A honours degree from Dublin City University and a MSc in Finance from UCD Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School. He currently resides in London.
Andrew Strauss
Executive Chairman
Andrew has been involved in some of English Cricket’s most memorable moments. He graduated from playing in the 2005 Ashes series to becoming one of only three men to captain England to home and away Ashes victories before taking over as the Director of England cricket in 2015, tasked with putting together the plan to win the 2019 World Cup.
Alongside his cricketing achievements, Andrew has founded The Ruth Strauss Foundation which has raised over £6 million pounds to help families going through grief and is co-founder and executive chairman of Mindflick, a high-performance coaching business.
Andrew will be bringing his considerable experience in high performing teams to provide leadership and guidance to TTB Sport Capital as Executive Chairman. His role will include providing strategic direction to the business as well as chairing the Investment committee and advisory board.
Andrew was educated at Durham University.
